Sugar	48.0 – 62.0%
Ash	< 15.0%
Sucrose	30.0 – 45.0 %
Protein	3.5%

Will have been stored in compliance with MAFF Code of Practice for the Control of Salmonella. To be
stored in a cool dry place avoiding direct exposure to sunlinght.
